Send your preferred dates and duration, shoot format, crew size, equipment and set requirements. Mention access needs and any recorded-dialogue work.
Agree the details.
An enquiry is a request. The studio confirms availability, included equipment, additional support and the hire terms before a booking is completed.
Arrive ready to work.
Include setup and clean-down in your hire time. Check loading arrangements, keep exits clear and tell the team before bringing large sets or specialist equipment.

Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes. Include specialist equipment, rigging or unusually large kit in the enquiry so access and setup can be checked.
Can I record sound?
The demo rooms are not soundproof stages. Share the audio requirements and discuss the room before confirming hire.
What if someone needs step-free access?

Does hire include setup time?
