Hire terms
These are illustrative studio-hire terms for the North Light demo. Replace them with the agreement for your business.
Confirmation
An enquiry does not reserve a studio. Availability, the hire window, fees and any additional services must be confirmed by the operator.
Using the space
Include setup and clean-down in the agreed hire. Keep access routes clear, treat equipment carefully and agree specialist sets, rigging or sound recording in advance.
Changes and cancellation
Set out the business’s payment, deposit, change, cancellation, overtime, damage and insurance arrangements before accepting bookings. The demo contains no payment or confirmed-booking system.
